Buffalo Solar Incentives is a solar information resource and installer-matching service. We are not a solar installer or financing provider.

Information Collected

The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, installation address, property ownership and type, roof type, electricity spending, battery interest, and preferred installation timeframe. It also sends the source website and landing-page information with the request.

The form uses TrustedForm to generate a certificate associated with the request and its consent record. The website also includes Vercel Analytics to measure site use. These external services process information in connection with operating the website and quote form.

If you email us, your email includes the sender information and any details you choose to provide. Please avoid sending tax records or identity documents.

Use and Sharing

Quote-request information is used to arrange potential installer matches and project follow-up. Requests pass through a third-party submission service for delivery. Independent partner solar companies receive quote-request information so they can contact you about solar options.

The consent displayed on the quote form covers contact by phone, text, or email, including automated communications. Review that consent before submitting. Each partner is independent and is responsible for its own communications, offers, and handling of information it receives. Ask the partner for its privacy notice.

Information in an email inquiry is used to understand and respond to the inquiry. Service providers involved in hosting, analytics, form verification, and request delivery process information as part of those functions.

Retention and Deletion Questions

A fixed retention period for request, consent, email, analytics, or partner records has not been verified for this notice. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a set time.

Email us to ask what information remains associated with your request, the applicable retention period, and whether it can be deleted. For copies already held by a partner company, ask that company about its retention and deletion practices.

Opt-Out and Contact Preferences

Use Do Not Sell or Share to open an email draft requesting that we stop future sharing of your quote information. You must send the email yourself. Opening a draft does not submit or complete an opt-out.

Ask for confirmation of receipt and processing. Contact any partner that has already received your information directly about its communications and your preferences. You can browse the information on this site without submitting a quote request.
